Do your big feet a big favor, and run (and walk) barefoot, or at least with minimalist footwear. Your workshop presenter Andy will explain why your feet might be better at, well, being feet, than manufactured footwear, and the health benefits and technique of barefoot running. Since most of us will need to transition our poor feet over a period of time before we can go completely au naturel, Andy will demonstrate some of the minimal footwear available.
There will also be an opportunity to go on a short run or two on the many beautiful trails in the area. The run times will be announced at AgoraFest, so you will want to check your SCHEDule frequently after you arrive.
